My Celestial Closet order came today!
I ordered the White Astronomy Map dress, White Celestial Kingdom choker and Grey-blue Resident of Celestial tights. The package came in the usual green bag (which Parcelforce always seem to crumple ._.). Inside, the choker came in its own box with a really pretty logo printed on the top, definitely keeping it. The pendant was much bigger and heavier than I expected it to be. The pattern is inside what I can only describe as a bubble like case that magnifies the pattern when you look at it. Most of the chain is a grey ribbon which you have to tie yourself at the back, so you can use it as a choker or a necklace.
The tights are a little bit more blue than I expected in the package but when you put them on it does fade into a faint pastel colour. The letters are all glittery gold and go up nearly all the way to the top of the tights.
The dress is heavier than I expected too but then I realised it has lining underneath. The sleeve and neckline are a sheer sort of material and there is a plain detachable waist tie. The detailing on the dress is amazing. The print itself is full of little words, planets, colours, etc. On the bottom half of the dress the print mirrors the left pattern on the right which I didn’t notice when I was ordering. The buttons on the cuffs are clear with a gem in the middle surrounded by a golden square, I love them.
As someone who is around 5ft10 I did wonder whether or not the dress would be too short but it hits just above my knees. The sizing wasn’t clear to me, it is listed as an F. I take anywhere between an UK 10-12 depending on the brand but the dress fits perfectly, even leaving a small amount of room in some places. So if you are tall and a similar size to me then the dress will mostly likely fit.
Overall I am very happy with my purchases. The dress is just amazing, I didn’t expect it to be as pretty irl as I did (I was originally planning to get the blue Zodiac dress instead) but I am glad I got this one now. It is also very comfortable, I was only planning on putting it on to try it out today but I’ve been shimmying around in it for like an hour now hehe ~
