   I’ve been sick all week and now that I’m better I thought about sharing some things that helped me or would help if someone sent me back then! I hope it helps you guys in your sick/sad/lazy days!

001. Set the mood! When you’re sad or sick, you have to feel comfortable and safe, so put on your favorite t-shirt, sweatpants, set your hair free or put it in a bun, take your makeup off! Here it go some tips you can use:

002. Find something to watch! Most of the time, when I’m sick or kinda down, I usually want to sleep the whole day and I feel awful later on, too much sleep is as unhealthy as not enough sleep, so let’s find something to watch, because I bet workout isn’t an option.

003. Nah, I need something shorter and funny! So maybe we should try some youtube channels? What are you going for, funny stories, relatable videos? I bet we can fidn something you’ll like. Check the links below: 

004. Okay, now let’s make something to eat! Okay, now you’re almost ready to sit down on your bed, nest, couch or whenever you want and enjoy your lazy day, but it’s important to stay hydrated and eat when you’re sick (or crying, or both, who knows?), so here’s some easy and super fast recipes you can do if you don’t want to go for the classic microwave pop corn: 

005. Things are more serious than we thought. Hey, are you coughing too much and your nose is weird, or your sadness didn’t go away with an Adam Sandler movie, maybe things are a bit ore serious than we expected. Here are some links if your case is sadness or bad ideas and you need to talk to someone. If you are feeling really sick, ask your mom or call a doctor yourself, it’s important, okay?

006. And I guess that we are done! Probably you’re feeling better by now. If not, take a nap, maybe some meds, take a shower, get ready and you’re good for another day!
